Fleece Pullover/Pant Set Recall
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Reebok Children's Fleece Quarter-Zip Pullover/Pant Sets. There are currently 61,000 units that have been distributed that must not be worn by childrend because there is a potential choking hazard posed by the zipper slider and pull that can detach and be swallowed by young children.

This recall has been instituted for the safety of children. It only affects a specific Reebok branded hoodie pullover for children, not all pullovers. There have been two reports of incidents with this piece of clothing, although no reports of injuries. Nevertheless, the potential for injury remains so it is being recalled.

These items had been sold at JC Penney, Macy's, Ross, Mervyns, Gordmans, Kohl's, The Bon, Fred Meyer, DD's, Edisons, AJ Wright, and Reebok's Corporate retail store in Canton, Mass. from September 2004
through February 2005 at prices of between $17 and $36.
